Bula-Flex Payment Plan

We at Bula Travel advisors know how difficult it can be when you have to plan a trip. While bills piling up and other unforeseen factors hinder your future plan to travel, we have came up with a solution for our valued customers. Introducing Bula-Flex Payment Plan Program. The payment plan that will provide you a convenient means for paying your Dream vacation through regularly scheduled payments. 

 

Cost to Participate

  •  Non-refundable service fee (Tailored towards your customized Bula-Flex plan)

Due Dates

  • With Bula-Flexibility, we let you choose whether you pay weekly or bi-weekly as per our Bula-Flex contract

Eligibility

              As long as you are a U.S resident and have a U.S.-based bank account, you are eligible.

  • Have to present valid passport and state issued I.D

What are the fees associated with the payment plan?  There is a non-refundable service fee and a $95 late fee charged if payment has not yet been received. Depending on the program you choose for your payment plan additional fees apply

When are the installments/payments due?
The service fee is due when you enroll in the Bula-Flex Payment Plan. Payments are due weekly or bi-weekly thereafter

What are the acceptable forms of payment? We do not accept credit card for payment plan. Only cash, cashiers check and money order is accepted

I signed up for the payment plan, but have now decided I would rather pay in full. Can this be done? Yes, but you will forfeit the service fee, as this fee is non-refundable.

What happens if I can’t make a payment? If you fail to make a payment on due date(s), you will be assessed a $95 late fee. 

If a payment is returned, you will be charged a $75 fee. You will then be responsible for making a payment yourself,  If you miss two consecutive installments, you will be withdrawn from the payment plan. Your account balance will then become due in full and may be subject to more late fees.

What happens if I am withdrawn from the payment plan? You can reinstate your access to the payment plan by re-appeal.  A second withdrawal will result in permanent loss of access.
